OUT_SYNC
Out-of-Sync Mode

This 3-bit eld determines how many times the internal
Sync Lock logic block in the channel decoder interface
unit loses the 0x47 MPEG-2 sync byte before declaring
that it is out of Sync and starting the Sync mechanism
again.
After reset, the eld value is reset to 000.
IN_SYNC
In-Sync Mode

This 3-bit eld determines how many times the internal
Sync Lock logic block in the channel decoder interface
unit nds the 0x47 MPEG-2 sync byte before declaring
that SYNC has been acquired. This is related to 0x47
bytes, which are 188 bytes apart. After reset, the eld
value is 000.
