Line Loss Circuit
The output of the line loss detection circuit is high in normal operation. If all input phases
are lost, it goes low, after a delay, determined by C

, which would typically be set to about 2
cycles.
When the output of the Line Loss circuit goes low, Q1 is turned OFF. This disconnects

from ground, allowing C

to hold its charge during the line outage.
The output of the line loss circuit feeds via NAND 2 to the LNLSLED output driver. If
LNLSSL is connected to V

, the 1-phase loss pulses are multiplexed with the output of the line
loss circuit at the LNLSLED output. If LNLSSL is connected to V

, the LNLSLED signal signifies
loss of all input phase only.
Line Voltage Comparator
The output of the Line Voltage Comparator is low when V
