Time required for oscillation to settle once a reset sequence ends or STOP mode is deselected.
Caution
When using the main system clock oscillation circuit, observe the following conditions for the
wiring of that section enclosed in dotted lines in the above diagrams, so as to avoid the
influence of the wiring capacitance.
Keep the wiring as short as possible.
Do not allow signal wires to cross one another.
Keep the wiring away from wires that carry a high, non-stable current.
Keep the grounding point of the capacitors at the same level as V
SS
.
Do not connect the grounding point to a grounding wire that carries a high current.
Do not extract a signal from the oscillation circuit.
