The S1C6F567 is a microcomputer which has a high-performance 4-bit CPU S1C63000 as the core
CPU, rewritable PROM, RAM, serial interface, watchdog timer, programmable timer, time base counters
(2 systems), SVD circuit, a dot-matrix LCD driver that can drive a maximum 60 segments
× 17 commons,
DTMF/DP generator and sound generator built-in. The S1C6F567 features high speed operation and low
current consumption in an operating voltage range (2.7 V to 5.5 V). The S1C6F567 has a built-in large
capacity PROM (16K
× 13 bits) that is compatible with the S1C63557 and S1C63567, it can therefore be
used for program development.
