5 Maximum Ratings
Table 3 lists the maximum ratings supported for operating conditions of the MC44BS373CA.
NOTE
This device contains protection circuitry to guard against damage due to
high-static voltage or electric fields. However, precautions must be taken
to avoid applications of any voltages higher than maximum rated voltage
to this high-impedance circuit. For proper operation, input and output
voltages should be constrained to the ranges indicated in the recommended
operating conditions.
Moisture sensitivity level ratings for the different packages are given in Table 4.

Table 5 lists the junction-to-ambient thermal resistance for both packages.
