Note8: Please put Capacitor Between VDD and GND also, put Capacitor Between VCC and GND as shown
on application.
Note9: Pin 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and Pin 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 are for shield layer-GND of Bottom of Package
