(2) 8-bit timer mode control register 1 (TMC1)
TMC1 determines whether to enable or disable 8-bit timer register 1 (TM1) and specifies the count clock for
TM1.
TMC1 is set using a 1-bit or 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
A RESET input clears TMC1 to 00H.
