Intermodulation products
The IFR2026 synthesizer generates a two-tone signal (F1=180kHz, F2=280kHz), each tone
having the same amplitude.
The HP3585 spectrum analyzer measures the intermodulation products as a function of the
output voltage. The generator and the spectrum analyzer are phase locked for better
accuracy.
