In the noninterlaced mode, the ’AV420 generates the 1-frame, 262-lines/frame video signal. Since the
subcarrier frequency and the line frequency are RS170A-compatible, the frame rate is 60.05 frames/s. The Y
and the C signals are output on two seperate terminals, and their signal levels and the phase relationship (SCH)
are RS170A-compatible. Figure 7 shows the noninterlaced output.
