Chopper control (PWM)
Turing on the power supply puts the TB6591FLG in Charge mode, causing a current to flow into the coils.
Once the VRF voltage reaches Vlimit, it is detected by the comparator and the TB6591FLG enters Hold
mode, turning off (chopping) the output transistors.
The off timer/counter counts the number of rising/falling edges of the internal CK signal, which is derived
from the OSC signal, and generates the turn-off period of a two-bit time (fixed).
