Register bank 1 is shared by multiple tasks. Therefore, dispatching or preempting make it necessary for registers
to be saved or restored. This causes the overhead of these tasks to be slightly larger than the tasks allocated to
register banks 2 to 7.
Fig. 3-2 shows the flow of the processing to be performed since the system call has been issued until control is
returned to the bank.
