The PG-FP4 answered with an unexpected string after
sending the Checksum command.

Operation failed.
Executing a command failed (e.g. a verify error occurred for
a signal from the target device).

Programmer is not responding.
Communication between the PC and the PG-FP4 timed out.

Reading the PC port failed.
