This is simple program example show how to test CPU status in mode switch between slow
and normal mode. P14.0 will give the information of CPU status ( 0 : normal, 1 : slow ) , and this
program example also show us when user want to play out a voice(or melody) must wait the
CPU go normal stable( as 14.0 is 1) . But otherwise this program also remained when you want
to go to slow mode. Be sure the speech( or melody) has already shut down or you really want
to cut the voice out.
