(2) Subclock oscillation mode register (SCKM)
This register is used to select a feedback resistor for the subsystem clock and control the oscillation of the
clock.
SCKM is set using a 1-bit or 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
RESET input sets this register to 00H.
