Note: Make sure that power supply rises within the selected oscillation stabilization time.
For example, when the main clock is operating at 3 MHz (FCH) and the oscillation stabilization time select
option has been set to 212/FCH, the oscillation stabilization delay time is 1.4 ms. Therefore, the maximum
value of power supply rising time is about 1.4 ms.
Rapid changes in power supply voltage may cause a power-on reset. If power supply voltage needs to be
varied in the course of operation, a smooth voltage rise is recommended.
