CH5 is a forward-reverse control DC motor driver and it is composed of logic control part,
level shifter, and output power amp.

The forward and reverse rotation is controlled by pin9(fwd), pin14(rev) and the amplitude of the
output voltage is controlled by pin20(CTL).
