nized as one and two banks of 1 meg x 32 respec-
tively.ThemodulesarebasedonAMDsAM29LV008T
-1Megx8FlashdeviceinTSOPpackageswhichare
mounted on an FR4 substrate.
Both modules offer access times between 100 and
120nsallowingforoperationofhigh-speedmicropro-
cessors without wait states.
