You can email the registration file to:

Section C - Installing CodeWarrior License Key
Note
- You should receive a license key by e-mail. You must install this key in your license file
(
license.dat
) to use the CodeWarrior IDE. No separate license is necessary for service pack
software.
If you need a Special Edition license, select
Start > Programs > Metrowerks > CodeWarrior
CW08 V2.1 > get HC08 Special Edition license
- a web page opens in your web browser with
instructions on obtaining a Special Edition license.

6. In the Debugger Simulator Window tool bar,select File > Exit to exit the CodeWarrior IDE
7. In the IDE Main Window tool bar, select
File > Exit
