The Broadcom
BCM94124
MDC V.92/V.90 Modem module is
a complete V.92/V.90 data/fax/voice soft modem solution
targeted for use in MDC applications. The BCM94124 meets
PC99 and PC2001 requirements. It includes complete
WHQL-certified drivers for Windows
98, Windows
ME,
Window
2000, and Windows
XP.
The
BCM94124
module uses the Silicon Labs’ DAA line side
chip (Si3014), which allows a very high level of integration. The
BCM94124
module is an ideal solution for PC OEMs that want
to include V.92/V.90 functionality in the most cost-effective
manner in mobile and small form factor computing devices. It is
optimized for the highest modem performance and reliability.
The
BCM94124
includes the Broadcom
BCM94124
V.92/V.90
system side chip and Silicon Labs’ line side DAA. The
BCM94124
board supports both North American and worldwide
modem PTT homologation.
