The AO4421 uses advanced trench technology to

charge. This device is suitable for use as a load
switch or in PWM applications.

AO4412 is Pb-free (meets ROHS & Sony 259
specifications). AO4421L is a Green Product
ordering option. AO4421 and AO4421L are
electrically identical.
