Color rotation control signal output.

head (ch1 or ch3) is selected, and
goes high when – azimuth head
(ch2 or ch4)is selected.
EP/SP mode selection control.
The EP mode is selected when this
pin is high, and the SP mode is
selected when this pin is low.
