. Weller’s new blue family of high precision soldering

Now, Weller makes soldering selection easier. Weller has taken five popular stations and three irons from which
the optimal soldering work stations can be selected. Various station/iron combinations can be applied to endless
soldering jobs... that means more versatility.
Reliable Weller quality is built into each compact unit which has its own extremely accurate temperature control
system. All casings are made of durable electrostatic protective material in unique Weller blue. The iron stand may
be used separately from the main power unit or attached to either side for easy use by left or right hand. The stand
has a water reservoir and storage space for six tips. Plus, the antistatic iron cord has flexible cord guard to extend
cord life.

Three basic Modes:
- Touch Mode: Intended for soldering very small
components with microtips
- Idle Mode: Similar to Touch Mode, but uses
large tips
- Continuous Mode: Suited for very large surface
mount device tips
Average tip temperature is calibrated to ±9°F (±5°C)
at idle with no load
Tip temperature range 400°F to 800°F (204°C to
427°C)
Stability ±10°F (±6°C)
Control setting resolution 1°F (1°C)
