(2) 8-bit timer mode control register 81 (TMC81)
TMC81 determines whether to enable or disable 8-bit timer register 81 (TM81) and specifies the count clock for
TM81.
TMC81 is manipulated using a 1-bit or 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
A RESET input clears TMC81 to 00H.
