4.2.2 Description of RAM
The RAM areas are described in Table 4-2 below.

This is the area where data is temporarily stored when being transferred
to the

PD75F4264.
This is the area where data received from the host machine is stored.
This is used to get the receive buffer’s final address.
This area is used to temporarily store addresses and register data during
subroutine calls, etc.
This is the

PD75F4264’s operating clock.
A clock value is stored in 100-Hz units and is later transferred to a
microcontroller with on-chip flash memory. The wait time for command
execution is set to the high-order one byte of the data.
This flag has a value of “0” when selecting a clock input from the flash writer
or a value of “1” when selecting the
μ
PD75F4264’s clock. Only “0” can be
selected from the
μ
PD75F4264.
This is the
