Caution CS or WE should be fixed to high level during address transition.
Remark 1.
Write operation is done during the overlap time of low level CS, low level WE and low level
LB (or low level UB).

the output must not be applied.

When WE is at low level, the I/O pins are always Hi-Z. When WE is at high level, read operation
