電磁閥
本系列電控?fù)Q向閥為內(nèi)部先導(dǎo)式，采用滑柱結(jié)構(gòu)。具有換向性好，使用壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。電控先導(dǎo)閥上設(shè)有手動(dòng)換向裝置，便于系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備的調(diào)試及維修。
電控?fù)Q向閥有單電控和雙電控二種形式，雙電控具有記憶功能，廣泛應(yīng)用于驅(qū)動(dòng)氣缸或氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中做控制元作用。
使用維護(hù)須知：
- 使用前注意檢查元件，在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中是否損壞，然后安裝使用。
- 安裝時(shí)，請(qǐng)注意氣體流動(dòng)方向及接管是否正確。
- 安裝時(shí)，特別注意電壓是否符合要求，整機(jī)調(diào)試時(shí)，建議先用手動(dòng)裝置調(diào)試，然后再通電調(diào)試。
- 請(qǐng)注意防塵，建議排氣孔安裝消聲器或消聲節(jié)流閥。
- 連接管路時(shí)，注意止瀉帶纏繞不可超過(guò)牙端面，并注意消除管接頭，管子內(nèi)的金屬顆粒，粉塵及油污等。
- 如果工作壓力較低或長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未用換向閥，可以嘗試用高壓（）使閥動(dòng)作幾次。
